Technical Sales Support Executive - Join a Dynamic and Growing Team!

Due to a sustained and ongoing period of growth and success, our client is looking for a Technical Sales Support Executive to join their thriving and friendly team in Berkhamsted.

You will be responsible for supporting our Service and Sales teams, responding to customer enquiries, and producing detailed quotes tailored to our customer requirements. You will also liaise with customers on the phone, handle administrative tasks, and build professional relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

Your typical day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to a very busy Service and Sales team
  • Producing detailed technical sales quotes
  • Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
  • Liaising with customers on the phone
  • Daily administrative tasks
  • Team support

Ideally you will have at least two years of previous technical sales experience, preferably in the Industrial Pump industry. You will also need to have superb communication skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent IT skills.

This is a full-time office-based role with no hybrid working, so you will need to be able to commute to Berkhamsted (free parking available).
