We are looking for a confident and experienced [Sales & New Business Manager] to join our growing team at BOMBOM in London. A role with a fast-growing Korean sauce brand, where you can play an integral part in the company’s success through building strategic relationships and growing sales in both the UK and the wider market. The applicant will ideally have / be:
- A proven track record of building and retaining a sales stream
- A comfortable negotiator who can communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience of selling retail products specifically into the F&B sector
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Generating new business with wholesalers, retailers and online platforms
- Achieving growth and sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and research potential customers and opportunities
- Build business relationships with existing clients for the retention and development of business.
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with buyers and other key depts
- Managing monthly sales reports and maintaining the brand’s sales database records
Job Type: Part-time/ Freelance or contract
Schedule: 1 -3 days a week, to be discussed.
Base Salary: £20-40/ hour, dependent on experience.
Benefits: 25% OTE (+ Over achievement bonuses)
