As our Sales Manager - Wholesale, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business through and developing key client relationships. You will have the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility from the early beginning, and your success will be rewarded with a discretionary bonus.
Principal duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate:
· Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
· Search for new client leads.
· Manage relationships with existing customers.
· Maintain a targeted understanding of both potential and existing customers’ businesses, showing an understanding through market research of the customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.
· Adhere to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via the company’s CRM system.

Candidate Specification
● Fully seasoned Sales Professional
● Experience in working within a Bakery or Food Sector based business
● Solid understanding of the Sales lifecycle & developing Sales strategies
● Pragmatic individual with the willingness to support others
● Ability to communicate across the business with multiple stakeholders
Salary, Hours & Benefits
Working hours: 42.5 hours per week (includes 30 minute unpaid break)
Working days: Mon-Fri
