Our partner are growing- rapidly. Offering products in the automotive aftersales sector they grew from £13m turnover to £50m in the last 12 months and now they need a proven sales professional to deliver a sales strategy to continue their rapid expansion into the UK market.
What’s the package?
Upto £55k plus 10% company bonus
23 days AL plus bank holidays

What’s the role?
You’ll lead the sales function of this business. From managing a team creating outbound opportunities, to leading people enhancing relationships and converting inbound enquiries. Not only is being able to manage sales people key, but the ability to motivate and inspire them towards an ambitious strategy is integral to the role.
As a B2B sales specialist you’ll develop processes to deliver sustained growth. Typical sales cycles last no more than a month and opportunities tend to be secured on a long term basis. Monitor your teams performance to deliver those big targets.
You’ll set the tone for the business with it’s clients. Creating long lasting and trusting relationships to encourage repeat business.
Ideally you will have had some experience of Automotive aftersales. But anyone who can show the drive, tenacity and ambition is encouraged to apply. This company is highly ambitious and are keen to meet anyone who has a proven technical sales record.
This role is ideally suited for someone ready for the responsibility that comes with a senior sales role, with the ability to work interdepartmentally with the marketing team and senior leadership.
