Our client is looking for a qualified Trainee compassionate Dental Nurse / Receptionist (Part-time) to join our team. Our client is an established Dental practice with a friendly, experienced, and supportive practice team based in Hounslow.
The Dental Nurse/ Receptionist will be responsible for assisting the dentist during patient examinations and procedures, and excellent customer service. You should be a patient-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting the dentist during dental procedures.
· Preparing and maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and consent forms.
· Providing exceptional customer service to patients, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
· Sterilising and disinfecting instruments and equipment, and preparing the treatment area for each patient.
· Assisting with administrative tasks, management of patient schedules, and follow-up appointments.
Requirements:
· Valid dental nursing qualification
· GDC Registration
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
· Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
· A positive attitude and work ethic
