Job Vacancy: Sales Administrator
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Location: 12 South Parade, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS23 1JN
Job type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Alternate weeks (Monday - Friday 09.00 to 18.00hrs, Monday – Friday 09.00 to 17.30hrs) plus one in four Saturdays 09.00hrs to 16.00hrs (with the following Wednesday off in lieu if a Saturday is worked)

David Plaister Ltd are searching for a Sales Administrator to join our close-knit and highly motivated team. We are multi-faceted, progressive and dynamic property agents. If you are looking for a new change in your career, this exciting role may be the one for you.
Outline Job Responsibilities:
· Handling the entire ‘take on’ process for our new instructed sales properties; liaising with new clients, booking the initial appointment to prepare the property for marketing, booking EPC assessments etc.
· Preparation of sales particulars and creation of property descriptions, advertisements, window cards, and some social media posts.
· Liaising with various marketing organisations to present our property stock i.e. Rightmove.
· Organisation and responsibility for agreements, offer letters, appraisal documentation and other administrative correspondence for clients, customers and third parties.
· Meeting and greeting office walk ins, answering the office telephone and dealing with incoming enquiries and appointments.
· Building strong relationships within a well-established client and applicant base and conduct regular contact and communication.
· Assisting with meticulous marketing strategies for our sales department, including both traditional and digital marketing methods.
· Assisting with general office duties within our fast paced and well-established North Somerset branch, plus meeting and greeting office walk-ins.
· Opportunity to develop sales and marketing skills and knowledge as a property agent with a structured training program, working closely with the support of a dedicated mentor. This includes studying (mainly in own private time) to pass relevant Propertymark Qualifications. (Company will pay for exams / membership and offer four paid afternoons (one per module) of revision time).

Additional Terms:
· Probationary period will be eight (8) months.
· 3 months’ notice period will be required from employee to company.
· 1 month notice period will be given from company to employee.
· 20 days holiday per calendar year, plus all bank holidays. (No carry forward).
· Statutory sick pay only – full sick pay at the discretion of the company solely.
· Studying (mainly in own private time) to pass NAEA technical awards (level three) and to gain membership (company will pay for exams / membership and offer four paid afternoons (one per module) of revision time).
· Attend/assist with the property auction evenings, (circa six/seven evenings per annum) and various out of hours charity events (no extra pay or time in Lieu is given).
· Occasional use of own mobile phone. Company will pay for any business calls.
· References will be taken.
