Westfield London / Ethos Farm are looking for a committed, experienced, customer focused and positively driven Team Leader for the Guest Service Operation at Westfield London.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 Hours per week, on a shift pattern of 5 days over 7, flexi Monday through to Sunday. This includes night shifts ending at 9:30pm.
You will be reporting to two Operations Managers with the responsibility of successfully managing the Guest Service team on a daily basis with the focus being on delivering team excellence, guest satisfaction and driving revenue opportunities. There are also admin jobs to be completed and the management of meeting rooms and events.
