Role
The role is to carry out various sales administration tasks across the sales teams, in order to allow sales people more time to focus on account management and sales.
You will carry administration tasks associated with sales activity. You will work alongside the sales teams and their leadership team. The sales administrator will provide the core direction and support but other managers/team leaders will allocate other duties on an ‘as needed’ basis. The Sales Administrator will be expected to work closely with the team, developing strong relationships to support sales growth.

Tasks include but not limited to;
- Liaising with the sales team
- Checking and liaison of Batches to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner and feeding back changes in dates to sales team.
- Processing PO as requested.
- Updating data and reports as required.
- Liaising with customers
- Any general administration as required by the sales team and managers.
Flexible working is available on request after the initial training period which is based in the office.
