The key function of this role is to support the Group Bid Manager, Marketing Manager and Client Solutions team in the smooth running of the Bid and Marketing functions, ensuring a high level of both internal-facing and client-facing documentation.
ACCOUNTABILITES:
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate response to transactional opportunities and prequalification questionnaires including understanding submission requirements and deadlines, customising templates and consolidating content
- Support in responding to Request for Proposal opportunities including collation of content, liaising with subject matter experts and formatting content into customised proposal and presentation documents
- Assist in responding to prospective and current client due diligence questionnaires
- Maintain the proposal toolkit, ensuring the latest templates and documents are always available and up to date
- Maintain the contents of the bid library
- Be flexible and agile to work on wider business projects and initiatives
- Support with administrative tasks, ensuring the functionality and coordination of Client Solutions and Bid Management activities
Marketing
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager, the wider Marketing and Client Solutions team in respect of digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in the planning and execution of events including conferences, awards, round tables and seminars (virtual and in-person)
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies across the EMEA and APAC regions
- Create and deliver presentations
- Manage social media pages, including creating and posting updates and responding to comments and messages
- Use website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows, as required
- Support with administrative tasks, ensuring the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Fluent English (2nd European language an advantage)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- (CRM or design software experience advantageous but not required as training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Positive approach and aptitude for problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to deal with all internal and external relocation related personnel
- Possess the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively with others through collaboration towards a common goal
