We seek a dedicated sales manager to join our growing company, who will be responsible for increasing our company sales through developing sales strategies. As a sales manager, you can put your passion for sales management into selling our services and converting leads into customers.
The candidate's responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that maximise our sales. By understanding customer needs, build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing and potential customers. Achieve growth and hit sales targets. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Promote our organisation and service by developing quotes and proposals for clientsReaserching organizations to find new opportunities ranging from business development meetings with prospective clients.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience in sales preferred in the security industry, for a minimum of 5 year.Strong communication negotiating and IT skills.Provide successful sales track record.Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate
