The role:
You’ll be joining a fundraising & communications team with an ambitious strategy of growth and development supported by increased capacity. This brand-new role of Individual Giving Manager will have the opportunity to take the lead in developing, testing and growing our supporter engagement programme to build our donorbase.
The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship campaigns with a focus on growing income, reach and engagement by building a portfolio of fundraising products and campaigns. You will be motivated to explore opportunities from digital engagement, complemented by direct mail and other direct response approaches.
About you:
As a strategic thinker, you will relish the chance to drive the individual giving programme forward, monitoring external trends to identify new opportunities and maximising the value of existing campaigns. You will collect and evaluate audience insight to guide decisions so that the programme inspires a diverse range of supporters to maximise the value of their gift, engage with other fundraising products and continue to support our community.
What we offer:
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week. Hybrid working arrangements/home working is available for part of the week.
Salary and benefits: £40k per annum, plus unlimited annual leave
