Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new challenge in a rapidly growing prop-tech business?
iamproperty are now seeking a Business Analyst to join our multi-skilled, solution focused product team. You will work with a range of key Business Stakeholders to support the development and delivery of innovation and BAU.
Conducting business analysis across multiple projects using Agile methodology, creating process maps and gathering requirements, you will manage multiple developments simultaneously and have exceptional attention to detail.
You will be our ‘go to’ person in the business and the conduit between Product and Tech, and end users
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Product Manager to ensure product development remains within scope
- Identifying and consulting with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, internal and external, to elicit and understand pain points
- Gathering requirements from internal and external users and translating these into technical requirements
- Creating and managing Epics based on Product Manager’s initiative, and create user stories based on user requirements
- Attend daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retros
- Support sprint planning sessions by ensuring priorities set out by Product Manager are included in sprint for timely release
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Business Analyst on software projects delivered using Agile methodology, preferably SCRUM
- Ability to communicate effectively & influence at all levels with excellent written and verbal communication
- Experienced in technical requirements gathering and knowledge of technical integrations
- Consistently demonstrate integrity and high work standards, command respect and is considered credible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00 per year
