Providing the best customer service whilst giving the customer all the information they may need to make a decision on buying the right car for them is our top priority with this role.
About You
- You will be passionate about customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will need to be comfortable gathering customer data and able to present offers and figures in a competent manner.
- You will definitely have the ability to easily build rapport with customers and be able to identify their needs.
- You will also have the ability to develop an in-depth knowledge of all Ancaster brands, offers and additional products.
- You will be objective driven and focused.
- You may have previous experience in either the motor trade, customer services or a role with a high degree of customer liaison.
The Role
- Work as part of a supportive and friendly team to ensure that every customer is given exceptional service.
- Deal with all enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Liaise with customers by phone, email, video link and live text in a polite and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to drive appointments for the dealerships.
- Develop an excellent knowledge of all brands, offers and additional products offered by Ancaster.
- Develop a full understanding of customer requirements and provide them with the necessary support and information.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the Ancaster Sales Process and adhere to all company guidelines.
- Work with a variety of finance systems in order to process customer information.
- Arrange test drives and appointments for customers.
- Develop an understanding of new products and market trends.
- Liaise with the dealership teams.
