We aim to offer good quality and reliable services to our partners. We are looking to expand our services to supply temporary workers to healthcare providers across Suffolk.
Job description
We are looking for like-minded people to join our team. People who have a caring nature, patience and a passion for providing excellence in care. Ideally you will have worked as Care Assistant or indeed in the Healthcare industry before but have the right attitude and a big heart which is the perfect starting point, we will support you to develop your skills and knowledge.
A typical day in the care industry would consist of personal care, companionship, promoting independence, Supporting people with their individual needs and also assisting with daily activities and much more!
Our teams work both Ipswich and the surrounding areas, helping people who wish to retain their independence and remain at home for as long as possible. The duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with showering/ bathing/ washing
- Helping people get up each morning and go to bed each evening
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship and social calls
- Assistance with using the facilities
- Shopping either with or on behalf of our service users
Accurate and maintenance of record keeping is essential to ensure the correct care delivery is being delivered and once you have been fully trained and inducted you will also be a mentor for new team members joining.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £700.00-£1,000.00 per week
