Job description
We are on the lookout for a Van Delivery Service Driver to join our Van Delivery Team in Epping.

You will be driving a long wheel based transit van and lead your own territory and look after a customer base of small independent stores. You’ll be out on the road working independently a lot of the time, so you'll need to be self-motivated with strong time management skills.
What you will get up to:
- Your main responsibility will be the handling and transportation of Pipers products, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service and adding value to the Pipers brand
- You will provide a regular, reliable and consistent service for our customers
- You will build relationships with your stores to help deliver our business' agenda
- You will have the opportunity to use your talent and ability to encourage achievement and continuous improvement
- You will maintain excellent levels of communication throughout the team and the wider business
- You will follow set journey schedules as efficiently as possible
- You will collect and unload stock at the beginning and at the end of the day
- You will be responsible for completing a vehicle check prior to any journey, ensuring the vehicle is in working condition in accordance with legislation and company policy
- You will be responsible for cleanliness of the van inside and out on a weekly basis
- You will be responsible to check all deliveries for accuracy and complete all relevant documentation

Working hours: 42.5 a week on average
