The Role
Office based in our Bristol, UK Office, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Sales Engagement platform Outreach, whilst also being key in contributing to and supporting the outbound sales content creation and the overall development of our sales engagement strategy.
Responsibilities
- Create sales-based messaging to be used in inbound sales sequences.
- You will be required to organise, update, maintain, and utilise a constantly shifting library of content to match our event sales cycles.
- Perform sales administration activities;
o Monitor and optimise our Outreach instance.
o Interdepartmental process and communication management.
o Moving prospects between sequences.
o Creation and distribution of sales prospecting lists.
o Troubleshooting.
o Sales Reporting.
o Creation of triggers to automate our sales cycles within Salesforce and Outreach.
- Work alongside cross-functional and international teams such as Sales, Content, Marketing, Product Management and Operations to find the most effective language and way to
communicate to incoming leads. - Respond promptly and effectively to the internal sales team's helpdesk requests; completing support tickets and data clean up tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
- Contribute to the overall development of our Sales Engagement strategy across multiple brands.
- Work with the Sales Management team on the development, implementation of an effective retention program.
Requirements
Skills/Abilities
- Strong computer literacy, ideally with experience using Salesforce/Outreach or complex informational/communications software.
- Content writing/editing skills – preferably based in Sales.
- Initiative, a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results throughout changing conditions.
- A collaborative mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and comfort working closely and accurately within established guidelines.
- The ability and desire to rapidly learn large amounts of new information around entirely new topics, specifically rapid understanding of the basics needed to perform this job, and the ability to
recall this quickly and accurately. - Innovative and creative thinking in generating innovative ideas and better methods as the company grows.
- Meticulous and thorough follow-up skills to assure consistency in all aspects.

- No travel is standard, but you may be requested to attend a couple of events per year if needed/interested in assisting as a member of the Operations team.
