As a Macdonald’s Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to all our guests. Sales Coordinators should have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest’s expectations. Often operating on the front line, Sales Coordinators are the real ambassadors of our company and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Outline Job Description:
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Responsible for Wedding enquiries, Showrounds, and helping the Bride and Groom plan their wedding day
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.
Salary: £22K to £24K pa
