At Charles Hurst Group, we are looking for a talented individual with administration experience to join our team based in our busy Contact Centre as an Administrator.
Here at Charles Hurst, you will be reporting to the accomplished Fiona Duffin. This opportunity to learn from one of the best is not to be missed! Fiona will impart her knowledge and experience to you, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the Automotive industry.
As an Aftersales Customer Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our Contact Centre team, providing high quality administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day to day running of our operations departments
- Provide high quality administrative support to our Sales and Aftersales Advisors
- Being knowledgeable and capable of working at pace to provide a first-class level of service
About you/ qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role. You'll be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. It's essential that you have strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills and a positive can-do attitude as you will be working as part of a busy team.
