Role Overview
Join the Deskside/Techbar support team where you will resolve customer IT support issues and queries on a wide range of technologies. Championing IT successes, actively listening to customer challenges and issues and driving continuous improvement via innovation.
What you’ll do:
- To maintain a high first-time fix rate when resolving incidents and requests
- Take ownership of IT incidents, providing a face-to-face fault resolution.
- Provide advice and guidance on Bupa IT policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure all incidents are logged in ServiceNow (our Service Management tool), updated and progressed to resolution. Where a first-time fix is not available, ensure the customer is kept informed on progress as defined in the SLA and service design.
- Establish, develop, and maintain credible working relationships with business contacts.
- To ensure that tickets are kept updated in a timely manner and to a good standard
What you’ll bring:
- Exceptional customer focused service
- A willingness to learn new and ever-changing technology
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software including Windows 10
- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware configurations
- Composed and calm approach when under pressure
- ITIL Qualification (v3 or 4) preferred
