Job description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Sales Co-ordinator.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and dedicated person to join our team, with a "can do" approach and a willingness to learn. The role requires someone who takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail. Full training, support and performance reviews will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Product quoting and order processing of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories for both general public and trade customers.
- Supporting and working with our team to deal with customer enquiries and orders by phone, email and in person. Having a proactive approach to resolving customer enquiries and liaising with our suppliers.
- To process, manage and ensure all company orders and requests for work are processed effectively and efficiently. This involves the use of software such as Word, Excel, Sage Accounts and Window Designer.
- Accurately transfer, record and maintain all order details using internal tracking systems.
- Offer advice and technical support to our customers, when required.
- Building and maintaining customer and suppliers relationships.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
Required skills and experience
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Product knowledge of UPVC and Aluminum windows, doors and conservatories.
- Knowledge of Window Designer software.
- Knowledge of Sage Accounts software.
Essential:
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team effectively and efficiently.
- IT experience, proficient use of word and excel.
- Excellent customer service.
- A high level of self-motivation, dependability and professionalism.
- Well organised and have a methodical approach to work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00-£11.93 per hour
