About You
We are looking to expand our Southern Division's talented Devon area Sales Team and recruit a Sales Consultant who has customer-focussed sales experience gained within housebuilding, hospitality, care, or travel. You will need to be customer centric and can foster and deliver a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.

What do we look for in a Sales Consultant
We understand the importance of our people and invest in training and development ensuring that you are provided with the guidance and support you need to truly realise your potential.
You will have:
- Previous customer-focussed sales experience is a pre-requisite, gained within a similar environment, whether that is within housebuilding, hospitality, or care.
- Previous experience of outbound calling, coupled with proven conversation rate of visit to reservation would be advantageous
- A valid UK Drivers Licence: in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site
You will be:
- Highly competent in questioning and listening - to gain a genuine understanding of the customers’ requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit customer needs
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Proficient organisation and time management skills
- Ability to handle and manage difficult conversations with customers and third parties
- Results driven, able to use own initiative, think outside the box, multitask, and work to multiple deadlines.
