We are looking for an Engagement Assistant to join our People team in an onsite capacity at our Studio, 5 days a week.
Reporting to the People Engagement Manager, you will be working on providing positive and efficient support to the Studio where necessary. Demonstrating an eye for detail, great customer service and ability to prioritise your time effectively. You would be welcomed to a sociable, dedicated, innovative and inclusive environment.
As our Engagement Assistant, you will be responsible in supporting the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the "Front of House" at the studio and act as first point of contact for staff & visitors. You are expected to be hands-on and be able to balance the day-to-day tasks alongside supporting our People Engagement Manager with tasks where required
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all studio visitors and contractors.
- Maintaining administrative processes and procedures – ensuring correct fob access is assigned and preparing NDAs where required.
- Manage all company deliveries and maintain the organisation of mailroom.
- Running general studio errands including catering requests.
- Manage files and records with efficient filing systems.
- Maintaining a well-presented reception area, refilling stocks and supplies as needed.
- Provide departmental support with documentation distribution, photocopying and scanning.
- Ability to prioritize and work in an environment where tasks often change subject to where business needs are required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Meeting rooms across the Studio including support with preparation where necessary.
- Provide support on projects, internal events and studio activities where required. These activities include key areas such as diversity, inclusivity as well as mental health across the Studio.

Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience working within the Creative Industries would be advantageous.
- Experience with front of house or receptionist duties is a plus.
