Job description
Customer Service is vital to us and because of our continued growth,we now require a full time Service Receptionist at our central Wigan service centre.
You'll be one of the key points of contact for our customers and will need to have great people and service skills.You'll also have an eye for detail,a well organised approach and the ability to multi-task.
We are a large independent,busy service,repair,tyre and MOT centre.As our new Receptionist,apart from working on your own initiative.you'llbe working as part of an experienced team greeting customers,using the phone,emailing suppliers and customers,updating our bookings and parts systems,creating invoices and dealing with cash and card payments.We're also open on Saturday mornings so you'll need to be able to work most Saturdays till 1pm.
Motor trade experience would be an advantage but not essential.
