Job description
We are currently looking for General Operatives at our Coventry site on a 6 month fixed term basis. You will need to have previous experience of working as a General Operative/Production Operative.
There will also be an element of heavy lifting and repetitive movement within the role however, you will be trained as a multi-skilled General Operative so that you can support other areas of Production as and when required.
The primary function of a General Operative is to ensure all PVCU products on the production line are produced using correct procedures to the required quality standard and you will ensure product reaches required production schedules.
You will need a basic understanding of metric and imperial measurement systems and usage of measurement equipment.
You will work on a varied shift pattern that requires you to work long and short weeks but with the benefit of always finishing at 3.35pm.
