THE COMPANY & THE TEAM

Godiva is the global leader in premium, artisanal chocolate with 95 years of craftsmanship, and teams based in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Assistant to join our store in Harrods.

You will be busy with:

· Providing superior service to all customers

· Maintaining food safety standards

· Cash handling

· Adding value to our retail teams

· Achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving results

· Being responsible for your own personal development

We would like you to have/be:

· Some retail and/or F&B experience (preferred but not essential)

· Passion for chocolate and customer service

· Higher education (preferred but not essential)

· Understanding of MS office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written

· Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude

· Bring energy, thrive excellence and have fun

Salary: £9.00 /hour
