Children's Bookseller - WHSmith - Selfridges Oxford Street

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time only.

Working hours: 37.5hrs - 5 days a week, shift work until 9/10pm, working every other weekend.

As a Children's Bookseller, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Children's Bookseller is all about:

• Delivering an exceptional customer journey, through greeting and approaching all our customers.
• Having a love of children's books and a passion for reading.
• A great listener and confident in selling.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Have the ability to recommend across age ranges.
• Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop.
• Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising. Ensuring our customers find what they're looking for easily.
• Being part of a team and supporting colleagues.
