Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £19,000 - £20,250 (Grade 2)

What are we looking for?
To provide administrative support to the People and Culture team in relation to recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee relations, staff development and training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To support the administration of the recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- To manage the administration of onboarding of employees including right-to-work and DBS checks alongside, the processing of any further contractual changes throughout the employee cycle.
- To ensure that HR tracking documents are kept up to date.
- To communicate effectively with payroll colleagues to ensure timely and accurate processing of salary changes on a monthly and annual basis.
- To act as systems administrator of SelectHR ensuring efficient and accurate data input and maintenance of all employee records relating to the employee lifecycle.
- Produce monthly HR dashboards and people management reports for the Senior HR Operations Manager/HR Business Partners/Executive Leadership Team.
- Handling first-line HR queries and responsible for providing responses to central HR Email enquiries.
- To manage the administration associated with the Company Reward Policy including but, not limited to, travel Scheme applications, probationary perk boxes, value awards, long service awards etc.
- Ensure HR records are compliant with retention periods linked to GDPR and to meet audit inspections.
- To take minutes at disciplinary, grievance, absence management and to support HR projects where appropriate.
- Providing cover for Learning and Development Co-Ordinator as required.
- To work effectively with the HR team as a whole, understanding other priorities and contributing to the wider HR remit
