Our Sales & Customer Service Consultants embody our values and spend every day creating positive change through the joy of travel by supporting our travel agents and direct customers. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise across multiple channels and connect with our customers to help give them the best travel experience ever!
These are full-time positions based in our London head office on a hybrid basis and will operate across a 7-day rotational roster, including evenings and weekends.
A 'day in the life' of a Sales & Customer Service Consultant would have you:
- Placing our customers at the heart of everything we do, and ensuring we deliver the best experience consistently
- Sharing our passion and knowledge so we can inspire our customers to see the world
- Thriving on achieving sales targets and customer service KPIs
- Collaborating with others and showing respect for our colleagues through acceptance, trust, and inclusivity
- Being accountable for your development and keeping our skills and knowledge up to date through training
- Demonstrating adaptability & innovation across diverse functions
A love of travel is a must-have! With it you will bring:
- Sales and Customer Service experience in any form!
- Personal and/or professional travel experience to Intrepid destinations
- Creative and solution-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Contact Centre experience in a multi-channel environment would be preferable
- Travel industry qualification and/or experience within the travel industry would be advantageous!
