Job description
We are looking for a determined and outgoing Sales and customer service assistant to join our team in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinker with a strong ability to perform in a fast-paced, social environment, who have great interpersonal skills and maintain professional standards when taking the role of the face of the company with our customers.
No previous experience is required as we provide full product training, however, experience in Customer Service, Retail, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, Promotions, Events, Call centre, and/or any other customer service or sales related role may be beneficial.
Responsibilities of a Sales and customer service assistant are:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Advise customers about the products and services of our clients' products
- Maintain a professional smart appearance as we meet directly with customers
- Build strong relationships with customers, clients, colleagues and management
