Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Junior Buyer and Sales Analyst to be responsible for the growth and development of products and analyse sales to search for opportunities to grow and develop them. This role is based in the outskirts of Reading.
Junior Buyer and Sales Analyst

40hrs a week
Monday to Friday flex: 8.30am – 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm.
Opportunity to work hybrid after probation
Duties of the Junior Buyer and Sales Analyst:
– Identify product and brand opportunities, developing ranges to maximise the opportunity to meet demand.
- Responsible for sales and margin performance of their categories.
- Analyse data and work closely with the Plants purchasing team to take advantage of any current sales opportunities.
- Monitor market activity and gather market intelligence to inform decisions on pricing, delivery, value proposition and product range.
- Maintain excellent supplier relationships and execute negotiations to a high level.
- Negotiation and maintenance of terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Be a representative of the organisation to a variety of external and internal stakeholders.
- Forecast sales trends and use qualitative data to make judgements on future orders.
- Work closely with other departments to develop short- and long-term category specific plans.
- Any other reasonable duties/requests as required.
Requirements of the Junior Buyer and Sales Analyst:
– Min 1-2 years experience in retail e-commerce
– Willing to travel if required
– Experience in dealing with the far east
– Excellent excel skills
– Excellent negotiation skills
