Tesla is looking to hire an enthusiastic content creator intern to support our business in the UK&I – specifically within Learning & Development. The Learning & Development team is focused on supporting and coaching our people, through training and development, to unlock their skills and enhancing knowledge, increasing their confidence and performance,
across our Sales, Service & Delivery business.
The content intern will be tasked with supporting in creating engaging content, which will be focused on training materials to be distributed on Tesla platforms, documenting, and communicating the events and work done across the UK & Ireland through internal social channels and support in developing content projects which help build Tesla’s brand in the market.
- Support in the creation of training material, based on incoming business needs
- Help support the wider L&D team with their content requirements for training and coaching
- Attend events across the UK alongside and with business partners to capture content to be used on internal platforms
- Improve the level of content available to our teams to support our customers through our unique customer journey, improving our overall customer experience.
- Ensure consistency, reliability and, quality of all brand standards
- Communicate effectively with the L&D team to identify and address areas for improvement
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field. (Content Creation, Learning & Development, Literature, Communication & Media)
- Relevant experience in the field of content creation, it could be in the form of an internship or a first job
- Understanding and knowledge of editing software (either After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci or equivalent)
- High enthusiasm for content creation and an eye for detail and planning.
- Knowledge of how to use camera equipment (Sony / Canon / Blackmagic)
- Portfolio of work to demonstrate these competencies
- Impeccable communication skills
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, while also able to work independently
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and work on multiple tasks and projects at once
- Hard requirement: Full and valid Driving License. Please note that without this we will not proceed with your application
