We are recruiting for an immediate opportunity based in the Loughgall area. ·This Office Manager /Bookkeeper (1 year contract role) will have the following duties.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Process purchase orders, invoices and expenses, cash management and bank reconciliation
- Raise sales invoices for external and internal customers, reconcile sales ledger and ensure that payments are received
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Log customer orders, inform customers of expected delivery dates
- Ordering supplies and arrange transportation with internal and external hauliers
- Liaise with external accountant
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
