GEZE UK have an exciting opportunity for a full time HR Advisor to join the HR team based in Fradley Park, Lichfield on a permanent basis.

As the HR Advisor you will be joining a HR team allowing you the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and bring new ideas and ways of working to help establish the team in supporting the further growth of our successful global business.

The Role includes:

  • Proactively partnering with key stakeholders across the business to drive the people agenda.
  • Supporting managers in all aspects of people management matters in line with legislation, policy and procedures to support and develop them in their role.
  • Advising managers and employees with queries on policies, procedures, terms and conditions of employment and legislation.
  • Supporting recruitment, induction and onboarding processes to provide the best experience for our new employees.
  • Support the delivery of accurate and timely transactional HR processes.
  • Identify and contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR policy and processes.
  • Contribute to wider HR projects to ensure continuous development of a quality HR Service across the business.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 desirable
  • Generalist background covering all aspects of HR including supporting recruitment and onboarding processes and a range of ER matters.
  • Confident in ability to support and advise Managers in all areas of employee relations.
  • Passionate about working in partnership with the operations of a business and delivering quality HR Support.
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced business environment balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of current employment legislation.
  • Must be able to work flexibly due to varied workload, be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Highly driven with a positive and approachable manner.
  • Must have a UK driving license with flexibility to travel to Regional Offices on occasions.
