Salary: £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
An incredible opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to join a team of assistants in an established family office in Soho, London. This family office supports a high-profile individual in the arts and his family across all of the private and business matters and ensures around-the-clock support.
The role will be working within an established private family office, providing direct and thorough support to the PA, the principals and their wider family. It involves complex and ever-changing diary management, extensive travel coordination and booking, busy daily activities, administration and impromptu tasks and duties as they arise.
It is crucial that candidates have performed in multiple similar roles, showing longevity and commitment to their principals. We are looking for someone who takes pride in all assigned tasks with nothing ever being too small, is self-sufficient and proactive in all they do from approach to completion, is hands-on, flexible with their working hours - including out-of-hours support, confident and commercially minded, has the ability to think unconventionally and is happy to work within a team of other like-minded people.
The family office operates Monday – Friday from 9am until 5pm, however, you will be required to be on-call outside of these hours. Predominantly an office-based role, there will be flexibility offered to work from home at times and also offers flexibility and remote working opportunities when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Supporting the principals and the senior PA
· Complex ever-changing diary and calendar management
· Extensive door-to-door to door travel arrangements, including the use of private jets
· General PA duties
· Researching, shopping and wrapping luxury gifts
· Petty cash and invoice paying, keeping accurate records at all times
· Thorough maintenance of the internal filing system
· Undertake any other tasks that may be requested, including business support
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Confident in IT, emails, MS Office
· Strong commercial and business awareness
· Excellent English – both spoken and written
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Committed, with dedication and flexibility to provide out of hours support
· Team player with a can-do attitude, a problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
· Discreet, with a calm demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure
· Independent and responsible, adaptable, versatile with good common sense
