Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations and ensure efficient production processes
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
MUST HAVE A CHEMICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE
