Salary: £26,000
Location: Forest Hill Boys School, Lewisham
Shifts: 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Reporting to: Contract Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an help desk administrator to provide effective and professional administrative support and lead the helpdesk support service.
You will be working in a team of 2, with 10-15 engineers across 3 sites reporting in.

Key activities:
- You will provide admin support to the management team including; minute taking, filing, photocopying, and generating reports
- You will be setting up databases and maintaining
- You will be booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
- Logging calls on FM system & feeding through to operational staff
- Dealing with all types of inquiries (phone, written and personal)
- You will prepare, process documentation and liaise with the support service department for the work undertaken.
- You will monitor payments of invoices and take necessary action
- You will support the contract manager with generating reports, performance and performance analysis
- You will advise subcontractors on the company's requirements & check the validity of advice notes and invoices
- You will type correspondence for the department as directed & maintain the filing system
Skills, experience & qualifications:
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience with CAFM systems
- Previous experience in a help desk role (preferable)
