Head of Wholesale Customer Delivery
Salary: Up to £55K
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Green Lane, Walsall or Fulbourn Road, Cambridge

About us:
At South Staffs & Cambridge Water, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers. As the Head of Wholesale Customer Delivery, you will lead our Customer Operations teams and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service delivery and customer experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Delivery, you will champion a customer-centric culture within the organization and drive our customer-first strategy.
You’ll have the chance to:
· Lead and oversee the Customer Operations Hub, including Dispatch Teams and Control Room Teams.
· Drive performance metrics and develop strategic action plans to ensure effective resource management and meet customer expectations.
· Ensure compliance with Streetworks legislation and implement improvement plans throughout the end-to-end customer journey.
· Support the transition to a proactive/predictive approach to operations, in alignment with our smart networks project.
· Implement a customer change program to enhance customer experience and engagement across all teams.
· Collaborate with various business units to create seamless end-to-end customer journeys.
· Utilize customer insights to inform strategic delivery and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
