Job description
Gas Assist Boilers is a leading Home and Heating protection company with a rapidly growing customer base across the UK. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven In-house Sales Advisors to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.
As an In-house Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, converting them to our Home, Boiler, and Servicing Plans. You will use your sales skills and knowledge to close deals and customize plans that best suit each customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and convert them to our Home, Boiler, and Servicing Plans
- Use sales skills to close deals and customize plans for each customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A technical mindset with the ability to navigate different computer systems
Progression Opportunities:
- With strong performance and a willingness to progress, you could move up to become a Sales Account Manager, selling and quoting for new boiler and green home installations or move up the ranks into management positions.

Salary: £350.00-£1,000.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Poole: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Phone Sales: 1 year (preferred)
