The EMEA COO Team supports the EMEA Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Management Committee. The team is responsible is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Finance organisation, provide business performance metrics, board, and governance reporting, and manage people & communication strategy.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Manage and provide support to employees who are studying a Professional Qualification who are firm sponsorship
Track course completion, exam passes and enrolments. Liaise with regional coordinators on employee's exam progress and results
Facilitate and assist on exam booking for employees on firm sponsorship
Processing vendor invoice for employee's qualification
Answer employee queries related to qualification support
Provide ad hoc support on wider tasks as directed by your manager

What we’re looking for:
A bachelor's degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task
Excellent communication skills including ability to escalate effectively and in a timely manner
Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy
Strong attention to details and a solution-focused approach to challenges
Ability and willingness to work with virtual teams across varying regions towards the achievement of common goals
Good standard across Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel and Word)
