Founded in 2010 by two aeronautical engineers, MEDFAR Clinical Solutions developed the first web-based electronic medical record (EMR) in Quebec. MEDFAR continues to work hard to incorporate the latest technological innovations into MYLE in order to provide care teams and their patients with the tools they deserve.

We are seeking a seasoned Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team and be responsible for developing multiple types of videos including interview-style, text-overlay, animation, and live stream, as well as photography. The ideal candidate should be a natural storyteller, have a strong background in multimedia production, be creative, and possess exceptional communication skills. As a Multimedia Content Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our multimedia content is engaging, informative, and compelling, as well as appropriate for each specific audience and channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and photography, for various platforms and purposes.
• Manage the entire multimedia production process, from ideation to post-production, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product and other teams, to develop multimedia content that meets their needs and objectives.
• Ensure that all multimedia content produced adheres to brand guidelines and standards and are well suited for websites, social media (organic & paid), email marketing, in-person training and more.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia content in achieving its intended objectives, and make necessary adjustments as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in multimedia production, and incorporate them into our content creation processes.
• Manage equipment and resources required for multimedia production, including cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and software.
• Create and manage the assets library, in collaboration with the Marketing Designer

You have

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Film Production, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in multimedia production, including video production, animation, and photography.
• Demonstrable portfolio of high-quality multimedia content.
• Expert knowledge of multimedia production equipment and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills in both English and French
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
