Job description
SESSUN is a Premium French women's ready-to-wear brand from Marseille and we are looking for an Assistant Manager( m/f/d) for their new store in London Covent Garden, Floral Street.

We are looking forward to open ou new location around end of June.
Working hours : 32 to 38 Hours / week
Start date around 28th June.
Missions;
Supervise the commercial activity in collaboration with the shop manager and guarantee customer satisfaction in line with the policy defined by the company;
Analyses and manages the objectives and commercial indicators in order to develop the turnover and profitability of the profitability of the store;
Ensure the best customer journey and develop our customer database
Ensures compliance with safety standards for goods and people ; and
Supervises, trains and develops his/her team in collaboration with the shop manager
Profile;
Fashion Enthusiast, creative, organized and a real sens of customer service.
First experience as Assistant Store manager / or key Holder in premium retail store
Working Visa / Permit ( No sponsorship possible)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
