• Add and update categories, SKUs, and associated attributes
• Request and maintain category and product descriptions
• Request and upload category banners and product images
• Assist with promotions setup and testing
• Support other team members with data entry tasks and other web projects
• Daily content maintenance on multiple websites

Education & Skills

• Cigar experience preferred (but not required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred
• Prior Content Management System experience required
• Knowledge of Basecamp or similar project management platform
• Strong business and project management skills needed
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Teamwork, communication and influencing skills.

Physical Requirements

• FINGER DEXTERITY: Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together.
• TALKING: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• AVERAGE HEARING: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
• AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
• PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

Experience

• Prior Content Management System experience required
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
