Richard Hardie are looking for A Sales Administrator to support the sales team working at our Ashington Centre. This is a varied and challenging position, and we welcome applicants from a non-motor trade background. Whilst a motor trade background would be beneficial, it is not essential as training will be provided. Responsibilities will include:
Sales invoicing.
Creating invoices and job cards.
Registering new cars.
Administration support to the sales team.
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced administration role.
Must have excellent IT skills.
A good understanding and experience of Microsoft office is required in particular Microsoft Excel.
Must be enthusiastic and good at working under pressure. The motor industry is a fast paced sometimes chaotic industry with things changing constantly.
Organised with good attention to detail, reporting to Sales Manager.
Full time hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
