- Real time screening of transactions - releasing funds, blocking accounts
- Emailing 3rd party financial institutions with details of accounts
- Identifying any transactions that do not meet required criteria
- Escalating to other business units if required
- Reporting to management across all areas of responsibility
- Ad-hoc investigations carried out as directed by management
- Data entry
- Maintain a high standard and auditable account of work
- Ability to use basic Excel, Word and outlook
- Able to work at pace with accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Internal and external stakeholders experience
- Diligence to ensure tasks are followed through to completion
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information
- Flexible and adaptable
- Based in Swindon, UK. Hybrid working with 2 days per week office based
- Shift pattern is made up of 37.5 hours per week including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Each shift is 8.5 hours in accordance with a shift plan determined by your line manager.
- These shifts will operate between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
