Job Title: Driver Support Worker Location: Garden City Day Opportunities Salary: £21,189 (£10.98 an hour) with the opportunity to progress to £21,575 (£11.18 an hour) Pay increase pending Hours: 25 hours per week, split shifts : Diversity: We are an inclusive employer and value a diverse workforce We offer you the chance to join our team to work in partnership with others to provide real opportunities for the people attending Garden City Day Opportunities. As a Driver Support Worker, you will be expected to actively take part in the service and contribute to its development in the building and the wider community. You will drive our allocated vehicles with due consideration for people's safety and comfort, following all the relevant health & safety policies & procedures Other duties will involve liaising with parents, carers & other professionals and completing necessary paperwork You will need to have a clean driving licence with a D1 and have the ability to carry out daily checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
