THREE EAGLES LTD is a thriving construction business based in London, specializing in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, and demolition. We excel in managing logistics across multiple construction sites throughout the city, delivering tailored, high-quality services to our clients.
We have recently expanded onto multiple other projects around London and as part of our growth, we have also expanded into event setup services in central London. To support this expansion, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety advisor. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our directors and site managers to enhance our Health & Safety Risk Management processes. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring procedures such as risk assessments, method statements, health & safety plans, environmental plans, audits, training, reporting, and investigations.

Responsibilities:
- To ensure that Health and Safety requirements are set and met throughout the company.
- To advise, support and train managers/team leaders in the Management of Health and Safety.
- Identify training requirements within the business, develop and deliver training courses to meet business needs.
- Assess and monitor external subcontractors to ensure they have effective management arrangements in place for HS&E.
- Advise colleagues of current legislation and good practice to enable them to carry out their duties and exercise their responsibilities.
- To carry out regular Health and Safety Inspections and Audits to ensure that TopHats policies and procedures are being adhered to and that the company is compliant with the law.
- To assist in the preparation and review of Health and Safety operational processes and procedures and supporting records and forms.
- Responsible for reviewing and editing RAMS, Standard Operating Procedures, and COSHH assessments with Team Leaders / Production Management.
- Support other business functions where required to ensure effective HS&E compliance.
- Develop safety policies and procedures for the workplace.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor employee performance to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Analyse data to identify trends in safety performance.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: £36,918.00-£46,540.00 per year
