This busy family in Notting Hill are looking for an experienced rota nanny to care of their active and sporty twins. It will be 7 days on and 7 days off alternating with the other nanny.
The nanny should be comfortable working as part of a team with the mum and fully-staffed household but also be confident being in sole charge. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with children, be proactive, easygoing and flexible and happy to organise age-appropriate activities for the boys, balancing boundaries with kindness.
It would be beneficial for the nanny to have SEN experience of high-functioning autism, to work alongside a therapist and help to implement strategies for one of the boys.
The boys will be starting school in September which is a 5 minute walk from the house so a driver is not necessary.
The ideal candidate will be happy to travel with the family during the school holidays and therefore hold an appropriate passport to do so and they will also need to be fully vaccinated. Organisational skills are a necessity as the nanny will be responsible for all duties relating to the children, such as preparing fresh, nutritious meals, bathing, dressing, maintaining their play areas, managing their wardrobe, and keeping on top of appointments. Occasional proxy parenting will also be required. Fluency in English is a must, and experience in similar roles would be advantageous.
