Technical Product Administrator

Alexander Steele are recruiting a Technical Product Administrator for a global food manufacturing business based in Hertfordshire. As a Technical Product Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company’s technical product portfolio of fresh food products. You will be responsible for overseeing product data, coordinating technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate product data, including specifications, pricing, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams, to gather and update product information.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries.
  • The role holder will assist the launch of any new or current products within the business.
  • Conduct regular audits of product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Background Experience:

  • Strong data and analytical skills with experience in data entry systems and databases
  • Proven experience in product administration, technical support, or a related role.
  • Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
