To achieve these goals, we work hard, have high expectations and hold each other to account. However, we also support one another and collaborate to ensure that everyone can play a part in our success.
Job Description
Over the past few years, we’ve been welcoming individuals to our Graduate Scheme to kick-start their careers in Finance and Business.
Our scheme provides an exciting opportunity for graduates to start their careers in the world of private markets. It is an incredibly competitive industry where junior roles in the Commercial space are often hard to come by.
Not only is the industry one which promises plenty of growth and momentum, but it also provides a great stepping stone in which to diversify into different sectors due to the level of cross-functional skills required.
At Delio, you will get the opportunity to work closely with some of the world’s biggest firms, opening up doors to a multitude of career paths that you could go on to progress through as you increase your experience in the industry.
Which areas/departments: You’ll play a crucial role in managing existing client platforms, working with a range of organisations; looking out for new business opportunities and financial firms that could benefit from our solutions, and representing Delio at a variety of events. We’re encouraging our Graduates to get a full picture of the business, which is why we’ll train you in the following areas:
- Sales & Account Management: Find new business opportunities, prepare demos for our platforms and support clients.
- Structuring Solutions: Supporting the origination process, the onboarding, the legal and operational setup and the ongoing governance of the various vehicles.
