We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Administrator to be based at The e Kings Ferry Gillingham.

What you'll do...

• Upkeep and maintain the vehicle documentation and filing systems.
• Scan and file engineering documentation.
• Carry out new vehicle set up documentation on digital systems.
• Assist with the engineering vehicle planning function for MOT, tacho, servicing.
• Provide data that is accurate and timely for requested reports.
• Raise purchase orders for suppliers using digital systems where requested.
• Audit preparation as requested.
• Create and update job cards as requested.
• Update and upkeep of engineering reference charts.
• Maintain department asset register.
• Process contractor’s paperwork or digital correspondences.
• Process Engineers overtime and additional payments for payroll
• Assist Stores Person with stock audits and associated records

What you'll need...

• Previous administration experience required
• Professional telephone manner
• Good level of computer literacy, able to use Google based programs in addition to Microsoft
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive in approach to work
• Uses initiative and can make quick decisions
• Flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Interest in Engineering
